My ASEAN Free GPS Map Project

I try to download the 2013.30 Navteq maps from Garmin SG but it always divert me to the MyGarmin website in Taiwan. How to update the Navteq maps? Do you know how? Download direct from Garmin Singapore site: http://download.garmin.com/sg/download/MapUpgrade/201330/1330_Type1816094.exe

Am considering getting a European or US version Nuvi 3597LMT since this model is not available in SG/MY localized model.

Would anyone currently using non-localized sets be able to share if they are able to get TMC traffic info in Singapore with non-localized sets?

Just checked, both "City Navigator Singapore/Malaysia NT v4.03" and "Malsingmaps Malaysia/Singapore/Brunei NT 2009.5" are checked by default. Wonder which one takes precedence in this case.

Just upgraded from Nuvi 350 (Euro set) to Nuvi 765 (local set) yesterday. Today, as I was travelling on the AYE-East towards CTE-North (destination: Ang Mo Kio) between the Alexandra Rd and Lower Delta Road exits, the below screen popped up, could a guru kindly advise on how to interpret this screen?
