The MOST FUNNY PART is one same person is asking ppl to use BOTH official ROM and Custom ROM... Next what? Ask me to Dual Boot just for Papago? I don't think your knowledge is good enough to be "computer technical engineer".

The reason the latest ROM cannot use this PAPAGO is because they updated to the latest Linux source... They are from GOOGLE.. WHICH means later OFFICIAL rom will be using too.. Bye bye M9.

Because ROM is not develop by M3. Because ROM is not standardize for all device, thus u cannot ask M3 to test using rooted ROM! All manufacturer/developer test on UNROOT OFFICIAL ROM ONLY! The FC is samsung android OS problem, maybe factory reset will help.. Or maybe u need to use stable custom rom by rooting it... About GPS reception, this is normal for all phone, there is a way to make it rapid lock GPS by patch the system, u need to root so u can patch the GPS system file... This ...
