can anyone tell why does my nuvi 2465 not showing any road when in plus highway around seremban area and also on karak highway around bentong tol plaza?

how to fix this? i only have one map in my nuvi. the mfm map. and also the gmapbmap.img & gmaptz.img

no problem with sd card. i hv tried both putting the map in sd and on the device memory, and the same still happens.
