My ASEAN Free GPS Map Project

Previously I've been using Garmin Mobile XT on my Nokia e52. Since I'm very satisfied with the product, thats why I opt in using new Garmin device. So far it has work like a charm for me. Hope solution for the POI can be found soon.

Ok then. I guess I have to suck it up and live without my POI then . Please post if any of the hardcore GPS user manage to find solution that enables the POI symbol to appear on the device... Thanks for the latest version of the map...

Thanks for the reply. I have successfully updated the map and right now using MFM.onlyone problem though, how come the POI symbol does not appear in the map although I have tick the box that states 'include POI for nuvi 1460 and etc' during the uploading process from PC to my gps device.

Hi. I just bought a Garmin 2465. By default it has been installed with Malsing map and I intend to change it to malfree map. After following all of the instruction posted at this site (malfreemap), I am still unable to install the map. Folder available inside my Garmin are Garmin, GPX, Help, Keyboar...
