You can start off by letting us know what your company does, the location ( address and GPS co-ordinates ) preferably in Mapsource gdb file format

Please reference our libraty links below for information on how to achieve this

Yes for our MFM Garmin (cGPSmapper) map which is released weekly.
But only localized units can use the MFM Garmin NT map to take advantage of the JCV feature.

I think the response should be no.

If you did not buy the localised nuvi from the local distributor, than you won't be able to use the maps from the Garmin Singapore website since you need to get an unlock code by keying in you unit serial number.

But you can however use the map that we generate from using a 3rd party compiler. But that means no fancy stuff like lane assist or junction view. But this is compensate by the map being generate with the latest data available.

Hello,

I'm newbie here and I have a couple of questions on MFM maps.

I bought Garmin nuvi 1350 set & I installed mfm 2012.20 ver. FOA, this map is awesome! Much better than Garmin original maps.

1) When I activate mfm map, I couldn't search HDB blocks & street by typing block names, streets etc. It return null. It works only search with postal code. If there's any workaround?

2) Junction veiws are not there when mfm map is activated.

3) POI categories are missing as much as mfm map should have.

Thanks in advance.

Address search don't really work. Try search by POI (Points of Interest) instead.

JCV works only on localized Nuvis. If yours is localized, make sure you have also copied the JCV files into the subfolder JCV

3) POI categories are missing as much as mfm map should have.
POIs are embedded in map. MFM2012.20 data is derived from our April Map
Thanks in advance.

Thanks guys but I still feel inclined to get a localized version. The non-NT map is kinda misleading. No speed limits, very confusing junction mapping, no POI symbols... of course it's better mapped than the Garmin-map but very plain.
How often is the MFM Garmin NT map updated?
