Updated mine already.

Some questions:
-Can I get better satellite signals if I add external antenna?
-Can I take POI coordinate while driving in slow speed (eg: 50km/hr)? Will the coordinate accurate? Will it helps if adding external antenna fixed on roof?

Yes, the nuvi 7x5 has a very good built-in antenna. Even I can get the maximum accuracy (2m) with the internal antenna, when I enabled WAAS/EGNOS. But, it will not getting better accuracy up to 1m with external antenna. The accuracy will up to 2m only, even with external antenna. But, the good thing about external antenna is, you can better accuracy when driving at urban areas where there are many tall buildings. Example, if you get 16m accuracy with internal antenna at certain area, then, with external antenna, you can get 9m or better accuracy.

Thank you.

You have to find out which audio file is causing the problem. Delete it when you do.

Hi all,

I'm a newbie here and just bought a 765 about a month ago.

I've encountered this problem as well when I've updated my firmware to 2.30. Based on my limited understanding and trial and error, the 2.30 firmware has fewer navigation voice. So go to setting under Voice and try to select a different voice (eg. American Jill). If I remember correctly, the British voice is not compatible.
