hi all,
with my N205w, if i use my usb car charger, after a minute or so, regardless if Garmin Lock is ON/OFF, it will change from USB mode to Navigation mode.

with my N765, if Garmin lock OFF, it's OK. but...
if the Garmin Lock is set to ON, it will load the map and after keying in the pasword, BUT it will not change to navigation mode. it keeps going back to USB mode again and again. ](*,)

why lah? can anybody help me? :ko:

thanks :prayer:

update: regarding the slow volume issue of Nuvi 765 (refer to 1st page)

i found that, using the bundled in car charger really made the different. the volume is loud and clear now. 70% is enough already.

fyi, i used a motorola USB in car charger previously.

i guess it's the case of not enough current after all...

thanks

I haven't get any chance to test v1.65 on my friend's unit yet but it is pretty strange that even those in .gpi files doesn't show up :ko:

What Bro Silver meant was that whichever USB charger you're using, make sure it matches the power output of the original charger. I also use my O2 AC charger (similar output as Garmin AC charger) to charge my Nuvi at home.
