Yup, discovered that early this morning and duly registered my appreciation (on behalf of 7x5 users  ... been waiting for this wonderful moment for quite some already hahaha). But then again, I think it is being improved in stages because for certain POI categories such as fast food chains, car showroom etc still shy2...

Thank you all \:D/

Hi Bahathir,
The bandwidth limit has been exceeded .. :(
Maybe you can try to upload the file to Windows Live SkyDrive instead?
Thanks

Thanks for the help :). I am not expecting too many people interested in my rgn files :).

For the new users who want to try the firmware, please refer to my previous posts in page 38. Get the updater.exe in PouchX's zip file, get the latest 765SG210 from this page, and follow the steps in page
viewtopic.php?f=11&t=618&start=380

But, with a small twist. In cmd (ms-dos) prompt window
updater.exe 765SG210.rgn
OR drag the rgn file to the updater.exe icon in windows explorer (I think).

This will force update your nuvi with the specific rgn file.
As usual, do it at your own risk. :)
Finally don't forget to copy the ExtData and RemotSW from the PouchX's package to your nuvi to complete the updating.

Ok, today, I did a short trib with 270TWN, and it is just marvelous. No hiccup yet. I realized that, the Search function is much faster than before. Hint: this has been mentioned in the 270TWN changelogs.

Ecoroute : The unit for milage in TWN is km/l (km/liter), and in MYSG or US/EU is l/100km (liter/100km). So check you unit when creating the car profile, to avoid any miscalculation.

Lane Assist: I agreed with miju. During my very short Garmin maps' usage, the lane assist being displayed too quick. Sometimes I missed it :).

Thank you everyone.

Hi,
Is this Singapore version firmware entitled to my Nuvi 775T ?

:tq:

To be safe, update your 775T first, to the latest software/gps firmware.
If your brave enough to take the risk, why not, proceed lah :)... and good luck... As usual, DO iT AT YOUR OWN RISK :).

1) Did the updater.exe able to 'see' your nuvi via USB?
2) Before connecting the nuvi to PC, drag the rgn file to the updater.exe.
3) Put your nuvi in diagnostic mode, and plug it to PC.
4) and If updater can see your nuvi, then....... proceed with the flashing..
5) Pray... :)
6) If it shows 'System software missing' after the flashing, slide the power switch to off for 10 secs, or until it reboots. Dont forget to master reset :)
7) Pray again..
Good luck.

Bravo, bro Antyong.

Great news indeed  Will try it on my friend's unit tonight \:D/

Any clues or tips on how this is made possible? I am creating some CPOIs and I need them to appear on the unit so that I can test and see how they look like in real life.
