Hi! Just bought Nuvi 765 Mal/Sin local set few days ago and found one problem on pairing it with my E71 using bluetooth. In the process of pairing, my nuvi 765 always shuts down by itself when it tries to sync contacts and was never successful. I have to disable E71 sync profile in order for it not to self shutdown and paired without any contacts. Just native pairing only which it is not the way it designed.
I use MFM and disable preloaded MSM. I have the latest firmware on both nuvi 765 and E71.. Any comment? :-k

No problem for me to pair with E71 , maybe u can try to hard reset ur nuvi

I tried it yesterday but it still behave like before. But I will try it again.. O:)

Failed... It still shuts down when tries to sync contacts... :-k

nüvi® 765 Sing/Mal (010-00715-6C)got the new Software Update (v2.30)
1.Synchronize to English software v3.80.
2.Support reading the EXIF of .jpeg files and doing the photo navigation.

Updated mine to V2.30 already but the problem still there. :nutz: Maybe I need to reinstall the firmware in E71... Need to try...

At last.... it's working now :thumbsup:

-Reinstalled my E71 firmware.
-Uninstalled all applications related to Nokia including PC Suite.
-Downloded and installed fresh copy of Nokia PC Suite.

Now, a fully functional Nuvi 765!!

after i update can select the custom poi now :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

select all the poi
but still missing some poi icon :ko:
