Hi,
Let me to be the first to start in this tread.
I'm a streetpilot C550 user. Due to handling problem like dropping, the unit I have has been gone through a few times on operation theater my myself (Garmin Taiwan repair charge too expensive). I changed ribbon cable and connector inside. My advise to streetpilot user, don't carry out from your car because when you drop it, the chances to spoil it very high due to heavy body . Since then I alway keep my streetpilot inside glove compartment and no problem. :-'

Hi

I know, I know that Streetpilots are now old relics good for the muzium :prayer: :prayer:

Today, I tried to load in our latest MFM maps to my Streetpilot 2610, the map do not come out.

I was told that the latest maps are NT based, therefore the Streetpilot 2610 cannot read the maps lah....

Can any sifus here lead me on the last set of MFM maps that can be read on the Streetpilot 2610 please??

Thank you.....

Bro Cflai, you should be using MFM v1.62, available here: MFM archive: Our previous map releases

Bro dvpro

Thank you very much for your lead. Contacted Bro Fancheng earlier this morning, I got ver 1.59 working very nicely, then I tried ver 1.74, did not work. I shall do ver 1.62 as you recommend as it will be later than ver 1.59.

Thanks plenty....

You're welcome. MFM v1.62 is the latest available map for devices using older non-NT maps.
