Map Fade in and Out

Hi,

I recently got the Garmin Nuvi 2465 Sg/My version.

I am experiencing that the map ( Map used; latest MFM 120213) fades in and out. During the navigation mode, the map just disappears although the purple route remains and the voice prompts are correct; but no map.

I have tried the map installation ( on 2 different sd cards) using differently Mapsource and Gmapsupp with the same problem occurring. Much appreciate your help to resolve this. Thank you very much in advance.

Try generating Gmapsupp excluding polygons:
