I would like to know why my Montana 650 doesn't speak when I attach to car holder with build in speaker but it can speak using headset. Can anybody teach me how to set it up or what should I do.

Should be plug n play. Check the contacts on both the Montana and the holder. Bring your Montana to a shop and check if your Montana or holder is the problem
