Proton Preve GPS

Postby moeyhc » Wed Sep 10, 2014 1:49 pm

Hi,

Anyone here is using or familiar with the Proton Preve Premium in dash GPS system. Heard it is a Bosch Navigation system running Lokatoo on Linux. Would like to know the quality of its Map and Navigation capabilities.

Thanks for the help.

Thanks for the reply.

Is the unit running Linux? If yes, nothing much to install... #-o

The map is dated Oct 2011.... :x
The routing is weird to say the least... many times it directed me to go on the opposite direct at a junction. This must be the Worst of the Worst navigational system I have ever seen.
