Proton Inspira 2014 - Blaupunkt - GARMIN

Hi All...

Need help here to update my GPS Maps on Garmin original copy in the blaupunkt HU.
i tried google around, but nothing gives a solid good answer.

Either free version or purchase version.. please guide... thanks in advance..

Back up your SD card data as the new map file may override the old map.

Go find the SD card of the HU. Inside you should see the Garmin folder.

Download our free Garmin Map and paste the Gmapsupp.img map file to the SD Card Garmin folder.

hello bro.. i just buy my inspira .. it second hand.. the hu dont have any sd card.. i buy new sd card, n i insert into HU.

so how to backup the data on Garmin??

Hi,

If the HU is Garmin you'll find a file by the name Gmapsupp.img, Gmapprom.img and or similar *.img files inside the Map or Garmin folder. Backup these files to a PC or SD card.

Download the latest MfM map HERE.
- Run the downloaded exe file on your PC
- Follow on screen instruction to generate the Gmapsupp.img file
- copy the Gmapsupp.img file to your GPS Garmin folder.
