nüvi® 255W - lost voice

Tried almost Avery procedures that was mention in forums
Still no sound
only one left................update via Garmin Support....BUT the server are down
already for sometimes
any help that i can have here
any one whom owned 255W can........you send me your system files. Without MAPS
I would try to flash it with the working system
