Perhaps you want to check in the Options, the 'Snap to grid' is uncheck.

I face this before. This will happen when ever I add in too many track log (more then 10mb)

I tried with your gdb format (Tanjung Bendahara)...experience similar problem.
Then i deleted 2 poi namely Lorong Haji Abdullah and Lorong Tanjung Bendahara..wollah, solved that problem..don't know why, it seemed that these 2 poi located far,far away in gpsmapedit..

just wondering gpsmapedit will use Google Geoeye coming soon.

Problem have solve using gpx files. i did a convert gdb files to gpx it solve the problem
