Aiyoyo! 1.0.58.0 is a gift to copycats ](*,)

Now we can really be MyASEANFreeMaps:
1. Use 1.0.58.0 to open the Indo, Phillipine and Indochina maps
2. Change name & credit then save
3. Compile with cgpsmapper
4. Release as MFM map
5. Profit!
