Re: Garmin Mobile XT : Remove records in Recent Finds folder

Anyone know how to do it , I just can't find the way the do it . Thanks .
There is an option to clear the history in a Nuvi but if you're using GMXT, the only way to clear recent history is to delete ?:\Garmin\Garmin.nvm, however this will also clear GMXT settings.
Thanks dvpro . I managed to clear history in recent find folder already . I just deleted the file and power off and on again . Without power off I m not able to delete the file .

Ever since I updated my E75's firmware to 201.12.01 my GMXT has stopped working (unable to detect satellite signal even with a-gps enabled). Anyone facing the same problem?

Re: Garmin Mobile XT Q&A
Moral of the story is if it aint broken, dont meddle with it,
many a times when they introduced new firmware, whether it is microsoft, garmin, or nokia, there are alot of compatibility problems,
always wait for feedback before installing new firmware

Try hard reset ur phone and reinstall everything from begining (a clean installation).
I did it on mine 5800XM, and it is fine after that. But really took me a long installation progress, not only GMXT also others application as well.

in that case, format ur microSD card using windows, then hard reset your handphone.
after that begin the installation again. I encounter this before. Give it a try again, maybe it work?
