is 200w so much different from 205w that we can't do this?

Thanks PeterK. This is not only detail but help in the understanding especially on the part of 2.6 to 2.7.

One question I still have. Is there a method to revert back to US Firmware V5.30 if needed?

Yes, reverting back to US firmware is pretty easy. Just flash the 082701000500en.rgn file from the 2W series link.
Then use webupdater to update to v5.30.

Remember to delete voice/text folders before flashing. Actually, the procedures are the same as Earthkeeper's instructions. You'll also need the backed up set of voice/text folders that comes with your US unit.

And make sure you don't have the S4 mainboard!!!

Hmmm..interesting. Thanks. However, as my unit is 255W, will there be requirement for a different rgn.file. As the 082701000500en.rgn file from the 2W series link looks to me for the 205W units. Sorry just to clarify. Thanks

No, all the 2x5w units use the same firmware update files.
