Re: Mapsource corrupted
Try, after uninstall all the map, go to your registry and detele all the related registry for the map, then reinstall back the maps one by one again and run mapspurce after each install and seevwhich map give you the problems, from your msg, probably is your tom yam map is corruptted.

You can also try to remove the problematic mapset(s) first using MapsetToolKit (http://cypherman1.googlepages.com/). If everything's else fails, then you can follow Bro Singawon's advice.
