Garmin Mobile XT keep loading Awaiting Better GPS Accuracy

last night after getting the new map in my NUvi 205 i tested outside my house to get the satelite signal and believe it or not it took me almost 10min to get a signal which normally it took only seconds.What's happenin' up there?

Today i send my phone to Nokia center and they help me upgrade my phone to the nokia latest software. And it look fine now on my gps. i can get lot of setellite signal, but for garmin navigation, it also need sometime.

my N85 Garmin XT mobile also takes almost 5min to get the satelite signal.
But my wife E66 only takes less than a minute to get the sat signal

after uninstall and reinstall mine back, now it work better than before with less lag and bit faster lock time

Some time a cold start (long time does not use it) need a long time to lock. But if you enable the AGPS, you will get sat lock within a minutes or seconds.

my friends htc diamond have something called quick gps that can download the gps data through wifi which act more or less like A-GPS to help locking the gps faster. i have been wondering.. if there any software that can perform the same thing on a Nokia phones so i can use wifi instead of gprs/3g
