i have the same problem too as amry...whenever i search for places using mapsource, it would give an error and closes...

i have the same error message code 3 as seethoe but different Map ID...whenever i search for any road using mapsource 6.14.1. It happened also on V1.23.

Pls install Mapsource 6.13.7 or wait for next updated for Mapsource 6.14.x.
WE KNOW MAPSOURCE 6.14.1 HAVE A LOT OF PROBLEM
That why we recommend Mapsource 6.13.7.
Less problem but still better than Mapsource 6.14.1.

Agree with fancheng. Already reverted back to MapSource 6137, all is OK.

from my experience, do not click any address when mapsource still searching. when you do that it will cause the error. wait until it finish than only you click the poi/address/etc

I just reverted back to MapSource 6137 and it work fine now.

I revert back to 6.13.7 but problem remain. My error code is 1 but not 3. Another finding is it didn't happen on MSM only MFM...

I've noticed this back when I was using 6.13.7 but I have since migrated to 14.1. Although it's not as stable, but it's better looking and no blank icons.

I got same problem with 6.13.7 and 6.14.1. Any idea how to resolve? Is it mean I don't have customize icon?
