Garmin XT questions

how to set this device to navigate to say 2 destinations?
meaning i want to point A, then from there move on to point B?
least i do not have to set point B all over again after reaching point A?
User of 205 / 205W
Currently using 255W and 205W, 4592 LM

Set point B as the destination first, and then search for point A, then in the option tool, choose add aa via to current route.

got it working. so i can add as many via points as i want right?
but say i set the via point as a car park premises, but then i only drop passenger along main road, can i set the xt to assume i have reached current point and carry on to the next destination ?

2. if i have an exact location which i want to save its coordinates, how can i do so?

newbie question

I am using Garmin XT on my E71. before updating to current map, i can view landmark like bank, traffic light. after updating those icon landmark is no longer available. what have i done wrong or the setting is wrong?? please help.

Now i cannot see the icon like traffic light, bank etc. i still can see the road name. I installed the full version.

hav u try to zoom in or out? try to use ur 1 & 3 on ur keypad

I am new with this thing. i want to ask how can i update the map? i mean if i dl fr malfreemaps.com, then the file i have to paste into which folder?

you can download the lastest maps at http://www.malfreemaps.com/viewtopic.php?f=23&t=893, instruction how to install is also on that page
