Latest TGZ format for MacBook?

Trying my luck here...Does anyone have the latest MFM map in TGZ format?
Would really appreciate this as I haven't updated in quite a while. My PC has conked, so can't convert even I wanted to.

You could try using an emulator like WineBottler to run the .exe file. If that does not work you could try downloading a Windows 10 Insider Preview ISO and run it in a VM program like Virtualbox or VMWare.
