Dear all,
Just replaced my 5.00.20w to 5.00.30 taiwan version. Noticed some differences :
1) The english font looks weird! Like courier. Anyway to change it back to the default?
2) Icons - fewer icons, and the resolution is lower! (icons appear larger, or pixellated)
3) POI - as mentioned before, POIs from us version get corrupted. I transferred to mapsource and back, but i am unable to get the name back
Also, there doesnt seem to be a option to set Categories?!
Any ideas how to resolve these problems

I have downloaded the Chinese.TTF but can't find where to put it.
I tried storage card\Garmin\Font (there was no Font folder, I created myself) but not success.

By renamed it to Thai.ttf, and I can have the Thai version as well. Also refer to my first post.
DFU_HMD.TTF in order for GMXT to support Chinese(simplified&traditional), Japanese, korean, Vietnamese, & Thai, total 6 fonts
Sorry to bring up this old thread.
May I know how to convert to Japanese GMXT? Meaning, the menu is in Japanese.
