Since nuvifone is currently available, our GMXT for smart phones will discontinue.

Garmin taiwan still come out with new version S60v3 5.00.60 on 20/8/2009

that fix N97 display :mrgreen:

Yup, I use that one on N97 and Music Express touch screen... works great... :peace:

What makes Garmin think ppl will switch from Nokia /Sony /Motorola /HTC /etc to nuvifone? I will never purchase Nuvifone for sure. [-X

Thats the strategy garmin is putting into it.

First of all, people install GMXT into smartphone/synbian etc... suppose to make small amount of money out from Garmin BT receiver, or from sw license... but turn out no.

2ndly, if they continue to support smartphone, waste money on sw development and nuvifone sales drop somemore, chance of you buy a nuvi also drop.

THis is 1 stone 2 bird... if you dun buy nuvifone, garmin still have 50% chance you will buy at least a cheapo nuvi.
