Re: SLA-Garmin map
Latest update....
I had proposed a way to distribute the SLA postal code map to MFM members without the need for unlock code yet is able to satisfy Eastgear's obligation to SLA. We are now anxiously awaiting SLA's positive response to this idea
Please hold on for a week or two.

Re: SLA-Garmin map
this map will same as mfm or not...
Re: SLA-Garmin map
any hints that this SLA map will only allow to use in local garmin unit when confirmation make?
Re: SLA-Garmin map
Pardon me if anyone feels offended by what I am going to say.
Will this SLA-licensed full SG postal code map/data be 'stolen' and use in Papago maps?
I sincerely hope that those involved in the project would respect the IP laws and IP of SLA and not 'quietly' use that data in Papago maps. If Papago products wants such data, they should get their own license.
I am just short of saying, this SLA-data is indirectly owned by all Singaporeans.

Eastgear's SLA-Papago map contains full postal code. MFM-Papago map does not contain full postal code data.

There is no Garmin MFM-SLA map. There will only be Garmin-SLA map, which belongs to SLA/Eastgear. If they give MFM the consent to distribute their map for free then we will do so.
