Ultimate disappointment in MapKing

Have encountered issue with Mapking on my GPS device and reported to authorized dealer since May. Only recently when I call up the authorized dealer to follow-up was told that I have to go direct to MapKing to resolve my issue. After constant pushing MapKing Singapore to follow up with HQ (as the issue has been raised before my case), this is the response I got after 6 months since May, "As the software is coming to end of life, I am afraid there won't be any updates to the software" (so my warranty how?) . With their email sign off motto "MapKing is in the business to stay, and as far as we are here to stay, we hope to serve our customers to the best that we can." I don't see any effort to serve their customer at all when they are not going to do anything just when their software is not even EOL yet!
Tried to expedite to the support manager (was told his name is Peter) but refuse to talk to me. Perhaps anyone here who know of the higher management (CEO, Director) of mapking Singapore can assist me in highlighting this issue. TIA

That's one reason why many are staying away from MapKing-based products. It's really going to be a silence death with little or no updates in the near future and letting existing warranty lapse by itself.
