Cannot transfer waypoints from OREGON 300 to PC

I am using OREGON 300 handheld GPS. Lately i cannot transfer waypoints from OREGON to PC. There is an attached note like this -data could not be received because garmin/gpx/ currentGPX is invalid. please contact garmin customer support. Please help :prayer:

Are you using Mapsource or Basecamp ?
Try one or the other program n see if it will transfer.
Else worse case your database is corrupted.
Try to resave to SD card and remove SD card and plug into lappy and see if it will be read by Mapsource / Basecamp

I saved all waypoints in the internal memories. How to transfer all waypoints from internal memories to SD card which there is a slot provided for. I just puted in. :prayer:

I send the GPS to taman maluri for repair and they explained not to use mapsource but basecamp. Anyway they cannot transfer the waypoints so they suspect corrupted and need further checking. Will let you know wheather can save all the waypoints.

They charged me 50 ringgit. Download new software everything OK. Can transfer to PC. :peace:
