Just download the latest map (current release: 110530) from the Free Public Download section. Click the executable file and it will self extract. The installation guide is here: viewtopic.php?p=9291#p9291

I would highly recommend that you copy the extracted gmapsupp.img file into a SD card, ie X:/Garmin/gmapsupp.img and not into the main memory at Y:/Garmin/gmapsupp.img. This is to avoid the endless-loop saga if the map in the main memory gets corrupted. If it was in the SD card, you could easily remove the card and re-install the map.

how i want to update the latest map?
fyi, i have sg/my 3.10 firmware..

Hi and welcome to MFM. Please go to this page to download the latest weekly map.

After the installation process on your PC, just copy gmapsupp.img file to the SD card of your Nuvi.
