Mapsource to save POI in gpx or csv

Anyone know how to save this as gpx or csv file?

select File > Save as..choose *.gpx format

still cannot..it only save filename

first use the waypoint tool to create waypoints. then you can export the waypoints as gpx

That one sure i can save to gpx, but how to save(extract) all the poi from the given mfm map?

i want it in flat csv file so that i export it into my database

i only know the manual way which is exporting the poi as waypoints

Here is how you can extract POI/Waypoint from MapSource :
1. Use a program such as GPSMapEdit (
http://www.geopainting.com/en/)
2. Open *. IMG file you want to extract POI/Waypoints from
3. Select POI objects
4. Select Copyfor what-ever POI/Waypoint you want to extract from database
5. Close the map
6. Select Paste
7. Save as "Polish MP" file
8. Use a program such as Global Mapper (
http://www.globalmapper.com/)
9. Open the MP file in Global Mapper
10. Select Export Vector Data to any format you like
Note: The programs used are shareware so you need to pay $

I tried these steps, but stuck at step 2, mapedit complains that it cannot read NT format, is there any solution around this?
