Where to download map for Nuvi 1490?

Hi,
I'm a newbie here.
Bought a PI set, model nuvi 1490 without warrantee about a year ago.
Many postal codes and places in Malaysia cannot be found.
Can anyone guide me where and how to update Singapore & West Malaysia map?
