Frankly I'm not sure where you're at that says you must purchase winzip. Hundreds of people download our maps without needing to purchase any software.
Go to Control Panel > Program and Features, find Winzip and uninstall.Do not pay for Winzip — it's a scamDownload and install 7z which I mentioned above if you want (but actually you don't even need that).

Actually Winzip is not Free. You need to buy a license to "continue" using it.
7z is freeware and it will open Winzip files.
The Map from MfM is in *.exe format and it will install and generate the map file (Gmapsupp.img) automatically when selected. You don't need either Winzip or 7z.
