Ive looked all over the place and I cannot seem to find anything that supports Thailand users for this unit.Are there any solutions for the people who need to update their Kenwood DNX5310BT Garmin map?

Hi, You need to purchase the official Garmin map from their website. Cracked maps are not supported anymore. As an option you may use OSM maps from this link: http://garmin.openstreetmap.nl/. It is compatible with Garmin devices.
As another option you can use OSMAnd(OSM for Android). Use it on your mobile phone. It is free but better to pay a small yearly subscription fees to support the maps development and get some additional features.
