mobile navigation is the norm, lesser people using in car gps that doesn't gives the most updated info and traffic

but i'll still support it for its timely map data updates :peace: :rox:

I am not using garmin device after my unit malfunction at year 2016. now i use garmin compatible phone apps for trek recording. but not contribute for long time already.... #-o
I use garmin map on PC only

It depends on the available garmin unit on sale. \:D/ If Garmin decide that they no longer produce GPS device for consumer, then may be map update will not needed.

I'm still using my old nuvi 2575 / Motana with external antenna. Mainly for track logging & navigating areas with bad network reception je.
Temerloh - Sekinchan - Sg. Puyu = 7
2575LM / 4592LM / GPSMAP 64s / Montana 650

Phone app also can do trek logging without data line, just need GPS signal.
