anyone here using papago R6100 model ??
i just bought a new papago R6100 model from pikom pcfair and i facing a signal problem that showing " no fixed" on system status...i have already tried put it on outside for getting signal for 40mins but still the same , that showing not fixed.. without any signal that i get...anyone can just give me the solution?? will be please and thanks!!

did you hear any sound like searching for satellite after you have start x7 ?? if yes please hold on it take some time to detect signal

Try reset the unit.
If can't get signal, reset the unit to factory default.
If still can't get signal, please contact your dealer.
