Unconnected road & A Traffic Light.

Dear Bro Sunn,

This route/road was officially open to public sometime at the end of last year (2010).

a) There is a traffic light at & around (N2 12.934 E102 20.237); and
b) The road is not connected at and around N2 13.525 E102 198.66

c) traffic-lite.gdb
