This new section has been around for more than 1 year.
How do we update it into the map?

The map stops at this point:
N02 12.449
E102 17.856

and the new road join to the coordinates above, and stretches till
N02 12.395
E102 17.956

Hii michhy,

I notice that you are new here. to MfM.
Just drive that area with your GPS unit with the trip log on. Save it in gdb file and sent it to our mapper. Most probably next Monday that road will be included.

Or, if you don't own a unit, hopefully some member in Bukit Katil notice your posting, will help you to track that roads.

i'm using Garmin XT on windows mobile, is this adequate?

Hii michhy,

I notice from Garmin Mobile XT - Owners Manual at pages Tools> Managing Data> Recording Tracks.

I believe if tracks could be recorded, it could be transfered to your PC's MapSource. This means it can be saved as gdb files. After editing it, ie leaving the necessary tracks you can post it for our mappers to take further actions.
