No. There is no entrance at Joo Koon Circle to Liang Huat. It's just a dead end road where trucks just parked there.
I followed the gps routing and ended up at Joo Koon Circle with nowhere to go.
The one and only entrance is at Benoi Rd.
If you use google map to set up direction, you will see that it gives the correction routes.
