First track:
New road "Seletar Link" joining Seletar North Link to TPE.
It's a dual carriageway with 3 lanes on either side.
I only track one way, but the other side carriageway is the same road.
This road only joins to one side of TPE. The other side of TPE is not connected.

Jalan Kayu - TPE realignment.

My track is from TPE (towards Tampines) exiting left to Jl Kayu, turn right (cutting across TPE), make a u-turn at a car park back towards TPE, make a loop...
Then enter left lane on yet another new road (one-way only) towards Seletar Link. This one-way road is parallel to TPE.
Those coming from TPE towards Seletar Link exit will join/merge further up as the first track junction posted above.

From TPE (towards CTE) u-turn on bridge back to TPE (towards Punggol), exiting left to Seletar Link.
At the Jalan Kayu/Seletar Camp, exit to TPE (towards Punggol), there's two split road, which merge back again at Seletar Link.
