Blk 267 to 270 Punggol Sapphire.

I did all the blocks while tracking the road there.
It may be slightly off to the current ones.
Hopefully, these blks can be aligned to the track.
Of particular interest is the 2 mscp, since we always drive to park there.
blk 267 and 270 are mscps.

Pasir Panjang Road
1- Caltex Station was demolished almost 5 years ,but it re-appeared in map. Please remove POI.
2- O'Connor building was demolished and new "100 Pasir Panjang " is under construction. Please amend.
3-Present position of POI for Haw Par Villa MRT Station next to West Coast High Way is incorrect above ground. Its actual above ground access for passengers is next to Pasir Panjang Road just in font of Haw Par Villa.
