Why these navigation errors?

on clemenceau avenue, but navigation assumes in tunnel, and yet show a straight path
if i am not mistaken, this is heading towards Cuppage Centre from Chinatown area. Exited from Merchant road, out in the open

left side is killiney road and right side
should be river valley close

Raffles Hospital was destination
Could have just turned right to Victoria Street > Ophir Road
but seems a detour is shown

recently i also experience sudden reboot of my navigation devices while in use, what could be the reason?

Bro, I tried to figure out what are the problems but I failed to read your mind...
Would you mind telling us your starting point (coordinates or POI name), destination (coordinates or POI name) & the problem you had encountered?

as stated in each screen shot, there's remarks what was the issue, but i can't remember very clearly from where I started the journey
