Exiting from blk 456A Yishun St 41 is not able to turn right to Yishun St 41.
This is due to the kerb at the exit forcing left turn only to the junction with St 51, where U-turn is allowed.
Traffic from Yishun St 41 is able to right turn into blk 455

Routing error:
Traveling from point X to point Y, U-turn no longer allowed at point A due to road divider. Right turn into Tan Tye Place and new U-turn allowed at point B.
