New Nicoll Highway track from Sims Way.
Nicoll Highway can no longer turn left into Stadium Drive (POI), need to use the new road
I'm missing one track from Sims Way to Nicoll Highway, since I turn into Sports Hub instead.

2nd part of track from Sims Way, down underpass, then right fork to Nicoll Highway.

The main changes is that Nicoll Highway exit to Stadium Drive is closed and replaced by a new underpass from Sims Way.

Nanyang Link road alignment near to School of Physics and Mathematical Science.
Current road is in error.
