Registry of Marriages (ROM) location is wrong, should not be at Maxwell Rd.

Correct location should be at 7 Canning Rise.

FYI
ROM has moved to Maxwell Rd on 26/1/10 temporary as then MFM has responded to new address allocation thereafter timely.
ROM recently has just moved back to original location at Canning Rise on 14/6/11 after completion of building upgrading facilities and services but MFM has no feedback of change until this time.

Toh Guan Rd cannot turn right into Toh Guan Rd. Sorry, they don't have better road names than the same.
This is because on the other side, the island is shaped such that no right turn is possible.
Vehicle have to go further ahead to use the U-turn instead.

The only entry is a left turn into Toh Guan Rd coming from IMM direction.

So the correct route would be as tohguan2.gdb
