Lost Routing During Navigation
It happened between the Juru toll gate and Nibong Tebal while driving to KL from Penang island using last week map. The GPS shows I'm on the NS Expressway but the route is a straight line to destination. Stopped the navigation and re route and the problem disappear. This is not the first time it happen to me but couldn't recall which version map. Anyone encounter this before? Appreciate your comments.

I got that too... same to you, but also forget which version. Not sure about the current version.

I only get that with my 60CX. It just doesn't connect to the next tile and I get the straight line. Didn't know the problem extends beyond just my unit.

This seems to be a common occurrence with Nuvi's.
If you do a hard reset and delete all user data, the problem will be solved until your user data gets corrupted again.

Re: Lost Routing During Navigation
Bro Jason,
Thanks for the input. I like to believe your given reason is causing the problem... but the Nuvi 255W I had last weekend is a brand new unit bought for my sister in KL. It has nothing but the original Garmin Mal/Sg map and MfM in the SD card (only MfM selected during the journey). Even the Favorite is empty after removing all the Garmin locations. This has never happen to my Taiwan Nuvi 205W. So far, at least 2 local 255W exhibit this problem. My friend also report the same problem using the 1350.

Going by failure analysis logical deduction, the localized firmware could be source of problem
