Bro, you need a lot of things to learn and contribute before you can make such statement. Bro Antyong & Sunn has no problem teaching you how to do mapping if you are willing to learn. [-X

Like everybody else, I started by contributing gdb files of POIs and track logs.

Then I decided to do something more because contributions in gdb files often come with unanswered questions that leave mappers wondering and guessing. So instead of doing that, I decided on concentrating on drawing hiking trails from my tons of track logs which no mapper, except those who are hikers themselves, can know the trails well enough to draw accurately and even more important, have a chance to verify them after the trails are drawn into maps. In that process, I learnt about polylines, their node attributes and other objects and I am satisfied with the challenge.

I have not volunteered to be an official MFM mapper nor have I been invited to be one but I am happy that I can contribute more than just gdb files and help out in the mapping effort. Step by step lah.

Only Bro SOSweet is older than me in this forum so it is also never too old to learn either. Besides that, as a retiree, I have the advantage of available time.
