Think they are the same user. cshaobu242974 has been deleted from member list. But shufei3243416 and wecaonimabb789 are still on the list. I don't know how they do it. I think they are manually key-ed in.
wecaonimabb789 also appears on other forum that I frequently visit and selling the same old shit.

If I may suggest, can try to use reCAPTCHA. Got plugin for phpBB2 too: http://recaptcha.net/plugins/phpbb/
This should effectively reduce if not terminate at all spambot activities. However if the spam is being done manually by a human being who took his time to spam forums, then the only way around is to handle it manually too.
