I think the best day would be a Saturday evening or a Sunday evening, say, around 7 pm after dinner. Weekdays would probably be a rush for most (if not all) working members.

Best to have TTS in a Food court or some Mamak Restaurant with WiFi facilities. Pubs may be too noisy and dark to learn anything from our Sifus. My 2 cents... :D

Of cos. Pubs will be the 'After-TT' =D> My suggestion is mamak where price are kept at reasonable rates(as compared to Papparich, Old Town etc...)
