For me:
- Install into Mapsource
- Open Mapsource to check for my contribution (POIs, Tracks and Polygons)
- Check the routing/address search to some known places to see if the version is working fine. If not, report.
- update my GPS

Thanks guys for the feedback. I guess GPS nerds do things alike... check and check, confirm and re-confirm but never update their GPS... :lol:

P/S:- I delete the *.rar/zip files.

1. update mapsource. see if i can find what's new
2. copy to device maybe once a month
from Garmin Que for Pocket PC to Garmin Mobile XT for Windows Mobile to Nuvi 205W to Papago M9 for Android & now Garmin Nuvi 2576.

For me, I install into mapsource and check for errors and POIs around where I live / work. Unfortunately tied up with work lately, that's why very quiet and no contribution :(
mfm - on the way to being the best community mapping project.

Keep mine since version MFMv146.exe but may have deleted some since the next oldest version I have is MFMv163.exe.

Check my contribution.
Test if any error even to place already familiar & feedback here. (Friends say I'm crazy :nutz: )
I think that's about it cause same like the rest of the member here. :mrgreen:
